I think I am simply lucky...

Yesterday I saw two people with RFE one day later (01/17/02) than my case (from both immigrationportal.com and immitracker.com) got approved (their RFE date is also one day later 12/28/01 than mine).

I believe VSC is trying to finishing up Feb and March cases (and for even earlier cases as well) before they move full speed to April cases.

Still Waiting

Hi folks, is anyone thinking of contacting the senators??? My RFE is recd. more than 7 weeks and am still waiting... not sure when will this end!

  You should call VSC to request a reason why your RFE is waiting more than 90 days (3 months). They should give you areason why.

My lawyer called but they didn\'t say anything specific -- just asked to call again in 15 days.
