I need an advice as what to do to my 13 year old nephew. I am his guardian but I don't know how to go about making him legally resident of USA. My sister dropped him off. I thought about adopting him but it is too expensive. I heard some people say I need to do it through immigration adoption. Could anyone help me what is the quickest way and cheaper way for him to be legal. I am afraid I might run out of time because I need to prepare him for school. I am afraid I won't be able to enroll him unless he is legal.
