labour pending since more than 90 days

I have applied for my labour at Atlanta Service center and its been more than 90 days and have not heard anything about the results.

do we have some statemnt on DOL or uscis.gov where it may have some statement what to do if the labour is not approved within a specific time-frame

can we contact someone in DOL to find the status ? what are the options or just need to wait.........
 
I filed for my labor certificate at Atlanta processing center on 7/15/2007 and got certified 11/06/2007. It took almost 4 months (114 days). When I called them 2 months ago, they told me that since they were very busy it would take little bit longer than 90 days.

Has your case been approved yet? It definitely should have gone through by now unless there is an audit on it which could push the processing time back. The service centers set a 'target' for processing cases within 90 days. There is a new bulletin that states that they will be lowering that processing time to 45-60 days.
