This question is on my brother's behalf. His labor application was denied yesterday.
There were 2 major reasons mentioned for the denial.
One was that some documents were missing but it basically called out all documents that were submitted, so unless the documents were lost in mail and the application made it, not sure how that could happen.
The other reason was that he did not have enough experience after school to support the application and that his experience with current employer will not be counted.
What should we do - re-appeal to contest that all documents were sent and send a copy again? or re-apply as maybe EB3. He has a masters from a US university but joined this job right out of masters so no work experience prior to this job.
