Labor approved ! Waiting to file I140 & 485

Hi,
Here is my case. I was working with Company XXX and they have started the green card processing. While i was waiting for the Labor I joined another company YYY. ( The company XXX has agreed for this and said that they will continue my processing if i am willing to join them back in the future).

Now, the Labor Certificate is Is Approved.

I will be filing for my 140 and 485 soon.

Questions are :

1) Is it legal to do so ?
2) Will i be able to join company (XXX) in the Future ?
3) If so, At what stage i need to join them ?

****Yes. It is legal.

****Yes

3) If so, At what stage i need to join them ?

**** You can join them any time. If you are not planning to use AC21 then you must join them after getting your GC(I mean 485 approved).

yes it is legal to do that..
u can join company xxx in future..
u need to work for them atleast 4-5 months before u get the 485 approved.
