L2 to H1B - 6 year rule

Hi,

I am in the US on L1 visa since 2002 (3.5 years till now). My wife was on L2 until September 2005 (3 years and 3 months) and moved to a H1B visa from October 1, 2005.

I am interested in knowing the total duration of her H1B visa - can she work on H1B until October 1, 2011 or will her 3 year 3 months time spent on L2 be considered against her 6 year H1B duration.

Would appreciate your answers.

The Total time she spent in US under L2 visa will be counted against her H1B .That means She can stay 6 minus the 3 years 3 months that she stayed in US.
