I just received information today that my L1-B visa extenstion has been denied. The I-94 on the petition had already expired. My spouse is a Green Card holder and has it for 4 years. When we got married in early 2010 my spouse had a green card and I was on L1-B. We haven't applied for my GC because we were planning to apply when he becomes a citizen next so it's much quicker. With these change in circumstances I just wanted to check what are my options. I am also 4 months pregnant. PLease advice.
Any help will be appreciated.

Questions:
  1. Can I transition to a student visa or any other visa so I can continue to stay in the US until I get my GC through my husband?
  1. If nothing else works out how much time I have to levae the country?
  1. Is there a way tp appeal the denial?

Thanks,
Kat
