Anyone have experience or know if an L1 Visa will still hold good under the following circumstances?
My current employer of 8 years has been acquired by a US privately owned company. If my tenure of 8 years clicks over and continues (into 9th year) with the newly owned employer, does this mean that my 1 year (in the last 3 years) of tenure would be approved by USCIS or still considered as first year with them?
This new owner I have also been dealing with their products exclusively in Australia for the last 8 years. Does that have any effect on L1 Visa approval?
