I was in L1b visa in US till 2021 and completed 4.5 years and I had a COS to H4 and I traveled to India in Dec 2021 and visited to US in May 2022 in H4 for 30 days and returned to india. If I travel to US in feb 2023, will I be eligible to get a new H1b with 6years or I will get only 1.5 years pending since i was not out of US for full 1 years?
