I have spent a few years in UK as a student. Done a few IT courses ranging from diploma to Masters. When i was doing my masters in IT the major overhaul of education law for international students started out. The colleges that i completed my courses in and the one i was doing my masters with were removed from the UK education database that could offer courses to international students. I left UK and came back to India and now after 3.5yrs of working for a firm in Chennai, i am being sponsored for L1 blanket to US. I am trying to update my CV with the courses i have done but am not sure how it works with the certificates of the colleges that have rolled out due the UK edu law changes.
Not sure if anyone is having an issue of similar sort.
Any advice from the forum members or the law firm members is highly appreciated.
