My spouse lives in Ghana (Ghana citizen) and a month ago I submitted the I-130 petition for her. I am a US citizen.
1) The date of our wedding was wrongly entered in the application, is this a serious issue? The browser auto populated the date and I didn't notice.
2) I have the I-797C receipt. it has an IOE Receipt #. Is that sufficient to submit a DS-260 application or start the K3 visa process? I am not sure whether to wait for the I-797/NVC acknowledgement, and how long it will take.
