K1 Class B, please help!

Hello everyone,

I am very anxious, and I hope you will answer my question.

My fiancé and I want to petition for K1. We've spend a lot of time together, have plenty of evidence of bonafide relationship. However, I have an issue I am very concerned about.

I have very, very mild hemiparesis, and I am on therapy, for having one seizure when I was 16, I am 25 now, so it is completely controlled.

I am afraid I will go under Class B when I attend my medical: Class B conditions are defined as physical or mental abnormalities, diseases, or disabilities serious enough or permanent in nature as to amount to a substantial departure from normal well-being.

I am a little bit confused, it says, serious enough or permanent in nature as to amount to a substantial departure from normal well-being.
With me, that is not the case, I am completely independent, and my hemiparesis is unnoticeable, but since it’s permanent in nature, will it still be categorized as a B class?

If so, will that bring me troubles later, with AOS, AOS interview, finding a job etc…?

Thank you,

Iman
