K1 - Acceptance Rate

Hi,

Considering immigration laws are getting very tight lately, I'm wondering if people are still having positive outcomes from applying for the K1. Is rejection rate really high? I'm worried about the risks this comes with and if it is better to apply for the spousal visa instead. Any feedback would be helpful.

Spousal visa is overall a better bet than a K1. Of course that requires a wedding to a USC/LPR to take place first.
