K-3 Visa in China

Hi friends,

I am a US citizen and planning to apply K-3 Visa for my wife.

However I looked around all US consulates websites in China, and only found K-1 Visa type over there.

Can anyone tell me if K-3 visa can only be applied in limited countries?
