June'2002 Filers ???

Hi,

My (I-485) RD is June/2002. Got 2nd FP done in June-2,2004, Haven't
heard anything at all from USCIS. Have contacted senator
and did enquiries from USCIS. Only thing i have been able
to find out is that the "Case is Pending".

Is anybody else in same Boat ? Is it possible to contact VSC
directly and find out what's happening to the case ?? Has
anybody been successful in getting an approval by contacting
VSC directly ??

How come people who are filing a year later are getting approved ??

Hi,
My i-485 Dates are for May, 2002.have contacted senator, dhs what not .send 3 expedited requests.All the options are exhausted.No clue what is going wrong
 
What exactly were the responses

can u folks plzz share the exact responses you got from

1) USCIS Enquiry

&

2) Congressman's Enquiry ?

In my case USCIS says : "case is Pending Service Consideration"

Congressman says : "File was moved to adjudicators area on Dec 1".

Once again, can you folks share the exact words you heard from both
sources ?

Hi,
The congressman(woman) has replied as they have recieved an electronic response from vermont service center.:

you would be hearing from this office in between 60-90 days


I called the vermont center (tip call) they said my case is for adjudication and will take 30-60 days.

Not much info so far.
