did anybody posted that visa numbers will be unavaliable for INDIA ?
I beleive its all funny processing wise!!! assume it will go unavaliable then numbers will be avaliable only in october.Even EB1 india is not getting approvals at the speed they are moving in bulletins.............i strongly beleive they tentatively gives dates in bulletin depending on loads of numbers..............
