July 2007 Filer, Spouse got 2 nd EAD/AP, But not for Primary Yet

Hi,
I am a July 2007 Filer, we applied for our 2 nd EAD/AP in june 4 th 2008. Spouse got 2 nd EAD/AP few days back, But I did not get them yet. No change in LUD. Anyone in this same situation? Do I need to call USCIS?

No, you don't need to call. You're well within processing times and it's normal for spouses to be approved separately. Just wait a couple of more weeks...

I have e filed the application and sent supporting docs thru US mail.

Docs (copies) I have sent are:

• I - 765 E-file Confirmation Receipts
• I - 131 E-file Confirmation Receipts
• I - 485 Receipts
• Old Employment Authorization Cards
• Primary Applicant Photos
• Spouse Photos

But my understanding is that you dont need to send photos, as USCIS will schedule an FP appointment and photos will be taken.

Oh, Yeah. After getting the appointment letter, Finger printing and photos were taken at local USCIS center.
