Hi All,
I left my prev employer last year but they kept continuing the labor filing for me. They told me that I can work for the new employer till they apply for my 485. Which means I could work with my current employer till they finish off clearing the PERM, applying for I 140 and getting it approved.
Is this legally possible or just a ploy to squeeze my neck again?
