I got my Green card approved at VSC and had the Passport stamped 3 weeks ago. Before I could go for the stamping, I received
a second finger print notice and the AVM also conveyed that I should appear for FP. I am not sure if I could disregard this notice since the
application has been already approved. Please advice me regarding this. Thanks in advance.
