Does anyone know of any specific job-sites or resources which carry IT jobs in border cities of MI/NY; so that one could live in Canada and work in the US??

For people already doing thsis (living in Can & working in US), do u find it cumbersome?

Also be forewarned that most of the companies are not sponsoring for H1-B. It also depends on which company you apply for.
