I read the following article, it seems that more and more executives are considering the possibility of a shortage of ressources. When the shortage becomes more reel, be ready to see the rate of adjucations going to fire.

Just my 2 cents to give everyone (including myself) some hope for this damn GC process. Got the shots this morning, soon I'll join the queue of people waiting for a more stable position. And from the back end of the queue, we can't even see the counter ;-)

Welcome on board, buddy, something I want to tell you: There is no counter at the other side of the queue. Just do whatever you can do to enjoy the life, and never expect the GC.
