Does anybody know how to submit job order in NJ? My lawyer just faxed a job order form to NJ DOL, but did not get any response. How to know whether the job order is running or not?
The lawyer said that the attorney is not allowed to be involved in job order submission, so she cannot inquiry the status and only the employer can do that. Is it correct?
