Job change after I-485 filing

I wonder when did you file your I-485 & did you get your Work Authorization Document & Travel Document if you applied?
What I think after 180 days of filing whether your 140 gets approved or not, you should be able to start working somwhere else using your EAD. But its always good idea to follow some one else or if you are confident enough one can do that on their own.
Pl: write your 485-filing date and EAD& AP & FP dates of recieve.

I read somewhere in this forum that the 180-rule of changing job after 485 filing DOES NOT apply to the I-140 pending applicants. Only those I-140 approvals can benefit.
