My I-485 was filed in Jan'03 and my spouse's (dependent) was filed in Mar'03. I haven't yet received second FP notice yet. Are there any Jan'03 filers who haven't received second FP2?
ND: Jan, 2003
2 EAD
FP1: Feb,2003

Spouse
ND: March 2003
FP1: May, 2004

It's a EB3 case, Concurrent filing. I-140 got approved in 3 weeks

When did u you complete the first FP?

Usually they send Second FP notice after 15-18 months time period.

I have ND Mar 3, 2003, FP1 Apr 2003, also EB3 and also no FP2 yet (LUD 07/07/2004). I started to develop paranoya that BCIS has begun to put all EB3 cases into "screw them" folder :E
 
I don't think there is anything to do with EB2 or EB3, most of my friends whose application is filed in EB3 category has got approved, so it's luck. No one know what's going on with USCIS :confused:
