J1 waiver processing time at USCIS

Received State J1 waiver recommendation on june 23rd 2006, which was sent to the Texas service center. Called USCIS national customer service line on july 21 as I have not received a receipt yet and they have no record of my case. What should I do?

hi, i did receive the receipt on july 26th it was date as received on july 19th. do u know how long it is taking the svc center to process a conrad 30 waiver?
