Hello All,
I am having issues with my I485 and need guidance on how to proceed. My situation is explained below.
I came to USA in 2015 on L1 Visa. My I140 and I485 was filed in march 2018. Last year my I140 was denied. We filed a motion of appeal to contest I140 denial. In October 2020 my I485 was transferred to admin appeals office. In February 2021 there was decision on my appeal and in March 2021 I140 was reopened and approved. Now the problem is that my I485 is still with the Admins Appeal office and there is no action on it.
I need to understand what action can be taken to get my I486 transferred back to original center. Any help or guidance is deeply approceiated.
