Hi, I am Canadian working in the U.S under TN status, and have been selected for 2019 H1B. I received the I-797C form a couple of weeks ago from DHS, and then the I-797B form from my lawyer today. I am confused since I am the first time H1B applicant and should receive I-797A form instead either B or C. Did anyone have same experience like mine? Is that just simply a work error from USCIS or something wrong with my case?
