Just a thought ! i dont know how many of you will agree with me on this issue but i am sure many of you in my situation would have thought about it too !
In all cases of H/L/J visa types the spouse/child also gets approval based on the master visa. But in case of Green card holders, their spouses and children ( if any ) have to wait for a visa number/approval to be given which usually takes between 5-6 years ! Now is this fair ?
Of course there is a new V - visa category introduced lately but that too takes about 3-4 years.
shouldnt the spouses of Green card holders be eligible for at least some sort of respite as it is with H/L/J category visas ?
