I got this update on the INS website:

On January 20, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

Is this an Aproval?? I don't understand INS. ( I guess nobody does).

The problem is that I received the fingerprint notice (with a online message that did not make any sense either), but the appointment is for the next month.

So I am puzzled?. Does somebody know what is means or how to ask the ins about it without receiving the standard wait 30 days answer?

Many multipurpose msg they post do confuse ppl, but reading the little history about applicant helps to quick guess/analysis.

as u shared u received FP and than u see this msg? and u haven't gone for FP.

If my understanding is right than I believe this may be FP notice usually FP is received by attorney. but not necessary if u filled urself. or it may be RFE but RFE msg is unlikely as u shared. usualy it clearly says "we send blah blah request for more info....."
