Hi all,

Good Afternoon. Do you folks or know anyone out there is in the same boat? You being Principal Applicant who got I-485 approved and waiting for the spouse\'s Approval? Please include the people who got approved and Waiting for Spouse\'s I-485 Receipt Notice? What is your situation? Please update this thread when ever you have any updates.

Hi Priya,
    Looks like I have also passed thro the same situation.
My husband has got his I485 approved on June 1,2001 (EB3).
He filed I485 and EAD for me on April 11 th,2001.
And 5 days back i.e on June 29,2001 ., I got my receipt.
Hope this helps.

Please keep this thread updated when ever you have any update on your case. Can you post your husband\'s details such as Country, PD, I-485 RD/ND, FP Date etc, if you can?

 Country: INDIA
 PD : Sep 1998.
 I485 RD: Oct 30,1999.
      ND: Nov 04,1999.
 FP : Apr 14,2001.
