Is there any Feb'02 filers still waiting???

I am wondering what is happening to my case and want to know how many Feb'02 filers still left? :(

ND : March 5, 2002
FP1: May 25,2002
FP2 : May 14,2004
RFE :8/26/203
AD: ?????????????
 
I am with you. My dates are almost same as yours. Completed FP2 on May13th at Newark. RFE received by INS in March. Yesterday I sent an expedidte request by fax.Nothing happened so far.

Any idea what may be going on in our cases. I had sent an enquiry through my lawyer in April - that triggered by second FP and that's it - nothing afterwards. My LUD changed on 7/2 - I thought the end is near - now it looks like LUD has got no meaning :mad:
 
Just heard that one of my friend's friend got approved last week. He is a Aug 2002 filer. He got approved in a mere 2 weeks after FP2. Many of us including myself have broken the crapy barrier of 60 days since FP2...Well nothing has happened. Yesterday I faxed expedite request and no response yet. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
Guys till yesterday, I was in the same boat ..frustrated, confused etc, etc.. but one thing I found out eventually everyone will get their turn.. its just matter of time...

Still wating for THAT DAY.........

Both wife and i made individual calls to BCIS and were told that case status inquiry has been initiated with Vermont office and we should hear something in about 3 to 4 weeks.

me too... i had RFE in march which was accepted and 'decided' favorably in may. until now the LUD was 5/17 but yesterday the LUD changed to 7/15. Im crossing my fingers - but i guess it doesn't mean anything any more. The status message still is a crappy old FP1 mesg from may 2002.
 
Mine showed when i checked last yesterday LUD 07/16/04, but the status story continues with same old RFE received on August 28,2003.........
