Hi I'm winner for DV2020 AF 69k from Egypt. Is there any chance to be scheduled for an interview? I live in USA and have pending asylum case before 5 years.
 
There is always a chance, but no one will provide you with any guarantees. You just have to watch the VB each month and hope your number becomes current. There are a lot of holes this year so despite your number seeming excessively high, it's not as bad as you might think.
