My brother is a very skilled artisan -- he does exceptional woodwork.
An employer is interested in hiring him to do this sort of work in the U.S. What kind of visa would he need to apply for? My brother does not have a college education, but what he does is not something that anyone can do either. I was thinking an H2B, but I'm not sure if that would work. An EB3 takes 7 years, I think, and I don't know if he would be able to prove that he is an artist based on the O visa. Suggestions?
