Is CP the same as DCF ?...CP in Mumbai

hi:

is CP = Direct Consular Filing (DCF) ?

does the Bombay Consulate do DCF's ?

does anybody know the avg/ typical time it takes for the whole process. my wife is a US citizen and she'll be petitioning for me....

DCF is only done at new Delhi. Your wife will have to stay in India for 2 months, then both of you will have to go to Delhi to file I-130. Your final visa interview will be at the Bombay consulate. The process takes 2-3 months after applying I-130.
