In one interview case I heard of the approval was delayed because the H1 papers where not in the I485 file at the time of the interview. The interview was approved after the applicant provided photocopies.
Also I\'ve heard of problems because copies of the diplomas could not be located in the file at the time of the interview.
When you go for the interview it is probably safer to have at least the H1 approval forms with you. I would recommend taking the I140 and LC approvals too.
Some (less likely) documents that come to mind: SSN form, copies from driver license, house lease contract with copy.
