After 7 days since the interview my online status changed to WE SCHEDULED YOU FOR OATH CEREMONY... could this be it? Does it mean Im aprroved? Thanks!

Yes, it does mean that you are approved (as long as you don't run into any serious trouble with the law between now and the oath date).

Is it usual that some IO forget to let applicants sign their photos? I was not ask to sign my photos during the intreview. What will happen then? Thanks.

Don't sweat it, they will have you sign the photos at the ceremony. I have seen that myself.Is it usual that some IO forget to let applicants sign their photos? I was not ask to sign my photos during the intreview. What will happen then? Thanks.
