I have received an email regarding an interview with the LA immigration office(we sent your I-485 application to LA to conduct an interview...). The funny thing is that my I-140 has not been approved yet. There was a RFE for my AP that we responded to in Jan 5th 2005. How could this be possible?????
BTW I was convicted of DUI three yrs ago.
