International Travel after FP is done!Comment

Hi All,

I finally received my FP notice. I have to travel to INDIA after FP is done.

I will travel on H1B and my wife will be on AP. Anybody see any risk for reentry.

Should I keep an AP as an back up.

Please comment and share your experience.

I don't see any response.

-AP traveller will be standing in a different queue than a H1B
- Keep all necessary documents/receipts received from USCIS, and/or IDs
- In a hall, all AP traveller are gethered and stamped after general question (no worry).
-In case of principal beneficiary, it is a good idea to keep employment letter, approvals if any (EAD, I140), if possible paystubs/W2. I kept when I travelled, just in case and under advise of a very senior Jharkhandi.
- It is normal process of entry.
- Nobody can answer about risks..., it is US
- Be guided yourselves.
