One thing that stood out for me was:
60-day grace period after employment termination for H-1B, L-1, TN and E nonimmigrants (e.g., unemployment up to 60-day will not negatively impact one’s H-1B transfer petition);

That's a good point for TN .. before it was 10 days... 60 days gives a person enough time to land another job!

Actually, there was no grace period for TN.
