Intent to Deny !! How much time to appeal ?

yes, anything new? I respond to my intent of deny notice in 6/27, no news yet. I tried call INS, never got through. Please let us inform each other. good luck to both of us.

Actually an intent to deny is nothing but another name for an RFE, but in a bit stronger language. Now that you have submitted your documents, you should be hearing the good news soon. Take care and have fun !!

Hi stringbean,
I guess my lawyer has send in the documents on 6/29/2001.
Taking into account the short week (i guess most wouldn\'t have come in on thrusday and friday), i think it would take three or four more days than usual.
If you don\'t mind send me your e-mail id, so that we can keep in touch and update each other of our cases .
I think i will call on Friday 13th july and see what happens.
