Inputs appreciated, Got response after status query, july 2003 filer

Hi,

I am a July 2003 filer, I initiated a status query on my case and got the reply that case is delayed due to pending security checks, due to lack of man power. Is this a standard response from them. Does this mean my name check is pending or is it some other security checks. I recently send a mail to FBI concerning name check, might take at least 3 months to get a response from them.Is there any other way to know about name check results.. Any inputs highly appreciated....

Can you guys tell me if you do the inquiry via lawyer or DIY? Have any sample letter to share?
 
Got the Same response. When u call the customer serivce number they will initiate the inquiry and u will get a written response at the end of 30days (They say with in 30 days). My ND is also July 2003.
 
Strange reply

Same here, July 2003 filer.
My lawyer sent an inquiry too, and the relpy is even more strange.

"We have requested your case......."

So far I have not seen a reply like this from this site. Anybody has any idea?
