Hi,
I am currently working at company A. My labor has been approved and my I-140 was applied in regular processing. I got another offer from company B. I've asked company A to upgrade my I-140 to premium processing and they agreed. I asked company A if they will withdraw I-140 if I switch companies and they said they won't. My questions are as follows:
1. Can I ask company B to initiate H1 transfer while my I-140 is still in process? What are the disadvantages if any in doing so?
2. Do I have to start working for company B only after my I-140 approval comes in?
Any help is appreciated.
