information needed urgently

I tried submitting the application online and i got some CGI/Gate way errors..

the cgi error was " CGI misbehaved"
and the gateway one was " server times out "

does that means my application has been submitted or no ?

we arent supposed to submit duplicate applications,but i am not certain as to whether it's submitted in the first place

i have provided an email address and i vent received any correspondence. also , does one get a confirmation email on submitting the application ?

would appreciate the inputs

You will get a message confirming that your application was successful. You will not get an e-mail response.

I got the same message. The site was not functioning properly. It was down throughout Monday and Tuesday.

Site was functioning on monday, tuesday as I file all my relatives applications those days. It was very slow if you didn't scan the photos right.
