I'm trying to compile a list of generic questions for Infopass appointment for pending 485 cases. Here're a few that came to my mind. Please send in questions that you think that might be useful or relevant. Thanks.
1. Did you (service center) send any RFE on my/our (applicants) case in the last few months?
2. Do you need any additional information from me/us (applicants)? Are the submitted documents in place/good?
3. Have you received our Finger Print (FP) reviews from the FBI?
4. When does the FP clearance expire? What happens when it expires?
5. Have you received Background/Name/Security check clearances from IBIS/FBI/DHS...? <-- not sure, if there's a better way to word this question.
5a. We did our FP/Biometrics (code x) on xxx.
6. When did you start our Background/Name/Security check?
7. When did you receive our Background/Name/Security check clearances, if any?
8. When does the security clearance expire? Do you redo the whole damn thing if it expires in xxx months?
9. What's the next step?
10. If the processing date and priority date are current, and namecheck is cleared what could hamper the 485 adjudication?
11. Is there anything we could do to expedite the process? (we know the answer to this one).
