Incorporating a Company by landed Immigrant

Hello-

Is it possible to Incorporate a company by a landed immigrant in Canada & then get a contract by a US company for providing a Consultancy services?

2. How much will the canadian company going to pay in Taxes?

3. How much the employee will going to pay in Taxes on the Income/salary he get from the Canadian company?

4. Will the above is feasable to do with respect to work on H1 in US and try to get US green card?

5. What are the implications if a landed immigrant continues to work in US? Does he need to visit Canada atleast once or twice a year & can continue his residency?

Yes ! Contract only to work in canada and not cross border into US . If border crossing then B2 - Visa is required ..

Depends on Gross income

Depends upon gross income

Yes ! only if the employer agrees to continure the GC

If you have a company in Canada and you are doing contratc work , you will be in canada most of the times anyway to maintain it ...
