Sorry to post the question again. I am in a tuff position now and need your advice.
My 485 is filed in sep 2002. My 2nd Fp is scheduled for april 7th. I have been told by my employer my last day with this company wud be this month end. What are my options now? Shud I show the INS a employment verification letter when my case is approved? What If I dont get a job offer when my case is adjudicated?
How long will it take for the INS to apporve cases after 2nd FP? whats the time limit on that? I dont know whether my Hr wud allow me to keep on the payroll for indefintie time....
