If my wife's visa to sponsor me to the US is denied.. will that make us inelible to apply for a spousal visa in Canada?
 
If you are denied on security or medical grounds in the US, don't be surprised if the same grounds result in you being denied a Canadian spousal visa. I am not saying it will happen, but there is a possibility.
