I am currently living in Australia, I need to speak to an immigration lawyer, does anyone know how I can speak to a US immigration lawyer whether by phone or may be through an office in Australia?

well, you find an AILA immigration lawyer (maybe, even on this site, since belongs to a lawyer), you dial their number and you talk to them (get your credit card ready ). Mind the time difference.

As for Australia, maybe, you have some kind of a phone book or a search engine there as well.
