I am Post Graduate in Engg and staying in India and had applied for Immigration in Canada.
I have been rejected application on grounds that English language proof is not present.
Candian embassy had send a letter to submit the documents which I didn't receive. Finally when refusal letter came i came to know that English language proof has to be submitted.
Is there any way I can open my case and submit the relavent documents now.
