I guess i have a two part question
Can a person thats illegal in United State marry a canadian citizen file for its papers from US( Canadian Consulate , etc) without having to go back to their home country
Can an illegal alien in Canada marry a Canadian Citizen and obtain their pepers tru the immigration process in Canada , also without having to go back to their home country . of course paying penalties etc ...
